Joy Rector and Evie Sly have been friends since 6th grade. Their special friendship led to a special trip for them in March: to Abu Dhabi as one of only seven pairs of students from around the world selected to attend the Global Youth Summit that coincides with the 2019 Special Olympics World Games.
