DEADLINE for Final Transcript Requests: July 18!

All final transcript requests, submitted through June 17, will be processed.  Check with your post-high school destination for their receipt confirmation.

Admission to your college or university will not be complete until they receive an official final transcript from Roosevelt. Request forms must be turned in by July 18, after that date they will not be processed until August 5. Request forms are in your gray graduation envelope (with your diploma), online, and available in the Roosevelt registrar and main offices. Bring in the completed form, a stamped college-addressed business envelope to the registrar by July 18 to ensure completion of your college admission!
