Preparing for the fall semester takes all summer! Our hard working custodial crew will move every piece of furniture and give every room a deep cleaning. When students return for a fresh new year, the school will be invigorated and refreshed, too!
Freshman Orientation is Wednesday, August 21 from 8:00 -10:00 AM. The first day of school for all students is Thursday, August 22. School starts at 7:40AM.
Once students are enrolled at Roosevelt, they must still register every year. Returning students received all the registration materials, fee statements and forms with the end of year report card mailed the week of June 10, 2013. Roosevelt’s new principal, Mr. Kevin Biggs, visited with staff and students on Wednesday, May 29. Outgoing principal, Mrs. Kathie Danielson, escorted Mr. Biggs around the school and introduced him as part of his informal orientation to Roosevelt. Mr. Biggs’ first day is July 1, 2013.
